Our 4rd Annual Charity Golf Tournament will be held on Tuesday, September 14, 2009 at
a great golf course that is very enjoyable to play.
100% of the proceeds goes to help the Orphans.
Please plan to attend. Put together a foursome from your church or business. Call you friends or golfing buddies.
This will be an enjoyable day and a great way to help needy children.
If you don't play golf or you're too far away to make the trip we have a great way for you to take part in our
2010 Golf Challenge. See the next article below for information.
Even if you are going to play, you may also be an Ambassador and play in the tournament for FREE. "Free
Golf" now that's special.
If you don't play golf or you live too far away from Atlanta to come to the event, you can still be a very important
part and support LCM in a Big Way. You can be an Ambassador and help with the 2010
Golf Challenge. This year LCM has enlisted "Golf For Goodness Sakes" a company
that helps non-profits have more successful events, raise awareness and collect more donations. One of the ways they help
us is to provide guidance in a letter writing campaign to spread the good word about LCM and ask people to
pledge a small amount toward the Golf Challenge. This is how you will help. You will receive an Ambassador's package
that includes solicitation letters you may mail or email to your friends and contacts asking for their help. They simply
return the included Golf Challenge form to you with the amount they pledge.

The Golf Course
The Golf Club at Bradshaw Farm is set against the backdrop of the North Georgia Mountains and is one
of Atlanta's finest golf experiences. The Atlanta Journal Constitution rated this unique 27-hole layout, built on historic
farm property, in the "Top 10 New Public Courses in Georgia". With a rating of 72.7 and a slope of 138, Bradshaw
Farm is one of the most challenging courses in the area. This 27-hole par 72 layout plays up to 6,838 yards and features dramatic
elevation changes, including a 100-foot drop off on the first and tenth tees.
The original 18 holes were designed by Tom Fazio protege Michael O'Shea, while Grant Wenzel designed the new 9 holes.
With multiple tee placements, The Golf Club at Bradshaw Farm allows players of every level to enjoy a challenging round of
golf. Although the greens are large and receptive, many have rolling hills, which puts a priority on club selection and putting.
We'll be playing a Scrabble format which means everyone can have fun. Even people who play once
a year or less will enjoy themselves.
